  • Day 90: You are quickly approaching the 100 day mark, time usually flies up until this point, but many quitters describe time dragging between here and 100.

  • Day 60: You are now quit for 2 months, and starting to feel really good.

  • Day 30: You are now four weeks quit and starting to feel a lot better.
  • It usually only lasts a couple days, so know that there are good days just around the corner. Some describe it as being close to or as bad as the first three days.
  • Day 21: All quitters and quits are different, but a lot of quitters describe what we call a ‘funk’ around the three week mark.
  • A lot of quitters feel so good at this point that they let their guard down, this is one of the biggest mistakes you could ever make.
  • Day 14: You are starting to feel a lot better, you still have craves, but it is becoming more manageable.
  • You are still feeling the symptoms of withdrawal, but they lessen and become less frequent with each day.
  • Day 7: You have successfully been quit for an entire week, congratulations.
  • This doesn’t mean the end of withdrawal, but now is when your brain and body start rewiring its chemistry.
  • Day 4: According to research, the nicotine should be close to or completely out of your body.
  • One day you will be tested, and when that day comes, you will need remember how this feels so that you wont ever have to go through it again. Remember how this feels, bottle it, for later.
  • Day 3: Most describe this day as the worst of the first three, but every quit is different.
  • As hard as this is, and as crazy as this sounds, you must embrace this and accept the fact that thing will get better, soon.
